Lisowsky: 42G, 38A, 80P, 68GP, 1.17 P/GP
Minten: 22G, 26A, 48P, 43GP, 1.11 P/GP
Can someone explain why Minten is a top 5 prospect in our pool and we’re about to cut ties with Lisowsky for nothing? I’ll freely admit I haven’t seen any of their WHL games this year, so what’s the difference? Lisowsky’s small, is that it? Is it a defensive thing? Is Lisowsky feasting on easy minutes while Minten takes the hard matchups?
Lisowsky will wind up in the NHL one day and happen to get one of (if not his only) goals that year in a 3-2 win over the Leafs.
This is the (ex-Leaf) way.
we can still sign him to AHL deal
Brandon Lisowsky YOU are a Pittsburgh Penguin.
This stings a bit as a Sask Leafs fan. Having watched him in person probably 15 times I think he has NHL talent but probably not good enough to overcome his size. The kind of guy who probably only gets a cup of coffee in the NHL.
Confirmed top 6 sniper for some team in 6 years.
Makes no sense I guess they think he isn’t worth a contract spot. The Marlies could really use someone like Liso.
Oh yeah this dude will for sure kill us
