C’est pourquoi je suis si en colère contre Mika. Cette équipe est tellement meilleure ! C’est parti les Rangers !!!

He’s been butter soft and listless all year long. I wonder what happened to him, it’s like he doesn’t care about hockey anymore. He got his contract and he’s satisfied barely putting in any effort.

Mika chose embellishment instead of battling. Pathetic.

  3. ArchMalone

Mika has had the yips all series, but they reached a brutal level in game 3

  4. [deleted]

That’s some European soccer level of embellishment. Beyond pathetic

  5. NYdude777

Actually embarrassing that is our 1C. This team is fraudulent.

  6. KnightKreider

He should be a fucking scratch because of this.

  7. Lav needs to have some balls and stick him on the 3rd line for G6.

  8. flaamed

if we lose this series, he needs to be moved somehow

  9. They pulled Igor too early… against a team that dominates puck possession you should wait til 1:00 left

I’m ready for Laffy to take this team to the promised land. Put him on PP1 and give him 25 minutes a game

Again, as a sens fan that’s why I’ve always understood the Zib-Bras swap. I never agreed with it, but I always understood it

Fucking embarrassing lack of effort in the tailing minutes of the 3rd period.

    Man, that elbow….

It was an elbow, but it was a glancing blow at best. Mika just gives up on the play entirely hoping for a call allowing FLA to skate the puck in for the empty-netter. There was literally zero fight or battle. I wish I could say Mika was invisible. It just seems that every decision Mika makes on the ice this series has been detrimental to the team.

So frustrating, because I don’t want to rag on these guys. I don’t want to point fingers and call out the stars on the team I love cheering for, but sometimes it’s so difficult to watch the same 2 or 3 guys, year in and year out, get to a certain point in the playoffs and just ….. crumble? evaporate? I don’t even know the proper word to describe it, but it is equally maddening and depressing to watch. It seems every year after the Playoffs we have to talk about how one or more of our offensive stars just went silent for the majority of the last few games / series. Richards, Gaborik, Nash, Zibanejad, Panarin, etc…. Doesn’t matter the name on the sweater, the story stays the same.

I sincerely hope they can figure it out and pull out a win in game six (and then all things willing – game 7). This whole year has felt different. It really has felt special, but it all means nothing if they don’t finish it out.

I’m done with him after the last two games. I remember when Gallant started screaming at him during a game to stop complaining over a non-call and get back into the play that’s still happening. He was spot-on.

I mean, the guy is a loser. What do you expect? Stuff like that is why we might go home Saturday night. Can’t win when your top guys are looking for calls instead of battling. If the media had any balls they would ask him about that and Lavi would call him out about it. Our guys fail and nobody says shit to them

I don’t know how Mika comes back from the last couple of games. He has solidified his legacy. It’s a shame. I love Mika.

At this point Trocheck is our #1 C, at least plays with heart and has actually performed this series and through the playoffs.

Mika is certainly soft as baby food and seems so disinterested. Take his ass off PP1 and put Laffy out there.

  18. TheBaronofIbilin

Hey Mr DJ wake up we need you!!!

  19. PerryTheBeast

Man I’m so sad about mika’s state in this series so far. As a swede he’s been one of my favorite players all time but he just doesn’t look himself rn.

  20. Affectionate_Cash571

About as much contact to the head as Trouba on Rodrigues

  21. TimeTravelingTiddy

Wow. He gave up on that play, twice. That’s hard to do.

  22. feignsc2

Looks like a pre-season effort and if you had a goalie in net.

  23. Even before the elbow, he was slow getting back. Not even trying to make an effort and hoping his teammates make a play. If he had been skating back he would have gotten to the puck sooner and maybe been in a better position.

Because he wasn’t hustling to begin with, he’s then forced to try to battle Bennet for the puck. And then he just totally gives up and hopes a penalty call will save him.

Just a pathetic play all around and sums up why this Rangers core will probably never win a Cup. Too many guys afraid to get their hands dirty.

  24. LogicalHater

That was rough to watch. And pathetic. I’m not sure how anyone can continue to defend this guy after seeing stuff like this.

Lmao some of you guys lost it with these comments
