Imagine if he said nah we’re cooked fam

My god delete this Chris. This is going to get meme’d to death and haunt us for decades after they get blown out tomorrow 4-0.

If this were true, it would be all over every NY Sports media outlet. I’d like to believe it myself, but unfortunately this is most likely fake.

I keep seeing people saying it’s fake or it’s true, I guess if it’s true it’ll be on the back cover of every paper tomorrow.

I can’t believe how far and fast this fake graphic has spread across internet and social 💆🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ He never said this.

He didn’t say this. Wish he did though.

Even if he said this for real it would feel too forced and fake. The only thing that would give me confidence tomorrow is Bread coming in as bald as the day he was born.

My boomer dad calls me all excited about this quote. Had to let him down 😭😢

Difference is when Mess said it, the Rangers were giving there all. That’s why he said it. He believed it.

« My name is Maximus Decimus Meridius, commander of the Armies of the North, General of the Felix Legions and loyal servant to the TRUE emperor, Marcus Aurelius. Father to a murdered son, husband to a murdered wife. And I will have my vengeance, in this life or the next. » – Chris Kreider

Honestly, before I realized it was fake, my first instinct was, « No. No no no no no don’t do this » 😆The guarantee was such a magical moment in NYR history and any attempt to replicate it feels not only disingenuous, but also tempting fate.
