In 2011 there was in fact that very reliable information of an invasion by the anarchists and general dirt bags, coming to downtown with the singular purpose of rioting. VPD and the RCMP went to their respective political leaders and made them aware, but the heads-in-the-sand types collectively poo-poo'd the warnings and failed to heed…and we all know what happened.
