As a NYR fan since 1979, and I agree about certain individuals not
stepping up, NYR lost to a better. Igor made the scores closer, but Florida was the better tesm shift to shift. There's a reason why NYR better players were neutralized. These NYR are not Gallant's or Vigneault's NYR. Trust in Lavi and trust Drury to make necessary changes. They are still a top to 2-4 team in East and are not a fluke.

Trouba could not even wash Messier jock strap. He can't even help his team in a must win Game 6. He's a liability, and his contract is an albatross. He should be stripped of the captaincy and traded to whatever team would take him. The entire defensive corps abandoned Shesterskin. What an embarrassment. And then you have the forwards, who don't shoot enough, cannot win 50/50 battles and do not crash the net for rebounds. The whole team is just too soft to win. Igor deserves better. The fans deserve better.

This is why there are so many fair weather fans. The constant disappointments. It’s very hard being a Rangers fan. They hype you up only to constantly let you down. It’s the culture of this club. Really believe this club and owners are just about hype and not winning. As long as NYR are generating $$$, management and NHL are happy either way. Drury needs to make some huge moves. Lots of dead weight on that team with a heavy presence of
Absent and soft players. Congratulations to Florida, they exposed all of our weaknesses which hopefully Drury will ID and change.

Out played. Igor gave us the chance but our top line were not up to the task. Florida was too much for them. It felt like the Panthers had a man advantage the entire series.
Igor-Tro-Laf are the only ones who played good enough in this series

The linkup between the goalie to the defense to the forwards and then to the cycle in the offensive zone is so broken. The blue line is awful. Trouba, Gus, Schneider, Miller, Fox and Lindgren are not good at really anything. I think you start with that.
This is a team loss, for sure, but I blame Peter for this. No fight by the players, it's as if after the first three games, they realized how much effort they had to expand just to win, realized that Florida was just better and they checked out. However, players are creatures of habit. They will do what they are comfortable with regardless of if they are succeeding or not. it's the coaches job to find a way to help then succeed. what did Pete do to adjust to Floridas style? You have all this coaching experience, you saw now for several games how Florida is playing on D, how they are playing on the PK, on the PP, 5 v 5. Where were the adjustments to counter Florida? In other words, I find it hard to believe we are a one trick pony, finesse or bust.
Get rid of Trouba and miller please! Absolutely horrible play by the Rangers in this series. Florida pushed them around.

The core of this team has run its course bc other than Igor and Kreids at times they lack the will, grit, and heart it takes to win or even play for Lord Stanley's Cup
