Florida will win this series. They are just the best team in the east. The Rangers play is being dictated by Florida and Shesterkin has kept the Rangers in this series.
Laviolette has been outcoached just as bad as the team has been outplayed. The lack of trust in what Rempe brings to the team is so mind boggling. Who cares if he takes a penalty, we have 7 SHG in the playoffs. He's one of the few players that plays in a way that can neutralize Floridas aggressive forecheck. The lack of 4th line has also shortened the bench which has left this team gassed in the 3rd.
The panthers have been playing this style all year… no team can just play like this for 7 games and expect it to work… it’s a grind that needs to be honed in over months and a mindset to stick to that style even when it’s not working out. When it works it sucks the life out of teams
