    Twas the night before playoffs, and all through the rink, Not a player was stirring, not even to drink. The jerseys were hung in the lockers with care, In hopes that Lord Stanley soon would be there.

    The fans were nestled all snug in their beds, While visions of goals danced in their heads. With McDavid in his jersey and Leon in his cap, They dreamt of the Cup, their victory lap.

    When out on the ice there arose such a clatter, I sprang from my bed to see what was the matter. Away to the arena, I flew like a flash, Tore open the doors and threw on my sash.

    The Oilers were ready, all geared up in blue, With McDavid and Draisaitl leading the crew. Their eyes—how they twinkled! Their faces so bright, They skated with passion, prepared for the fight.

    “Now Nurse, now Hyman, now Nugent-Hopkins too, On Foegele, on Bouchard, we believe in you!” To the top of the standings, they aimed with delight, “Happy Playoffs to all, and to all a good night!

    When Skinner blows up again you will all remember Jack Campbell who IMHO deserves to be defending the Cup he should have won last year. Connor has never had a legit #1 Goalie with Playoff chops. Kennys on it

    I’m not bias fan, and just because I’m the Oilers fan for more than 30 plus years now. I arrived in Edmonton 1993 and that the hockeys fans of OILERS been crazy, since that MOST fans thought the OILERS will WIN the Cup again sooner…But, sadly the last 2006 Stanley Cup Championship, the OILERS lost to Hurricanes in game 7. Then folks it’s been more than 3 decades now, that the OILERS Team didn’t win the Cup and NO Canada team, since the last one is Montreal Canadians way back 1993. SO, LETS CHEERS the OILERS Team now and wishing them for the BEST…MY PREDICTION today? If the Oilers will Win in game 1 tonight? They might sweep the Panthers in 4. GO OILERS GO 💪💪💪🏆🏆🏆
