I think the ducks brought it to the Preds and the Preds adjusted to their type of game. Just like they did with the blues and with Chicago Preds used speed.

It's easy for Rinne to have a good game when he wasn't even challenged. Ducks didn't move the puck into Nashville's zone other than poor dump-ins in the last 17mins approximately. Rinne played really well, but it's easy for a goalie like him to do so when he's barely getting pressured by shots due to the lines in front of him controlling neutral ice & clogging it & the blue
ine up. Anahiem fan here btw. If anyone's the hero tonight for Nashville it's the lines their coach drew up & their relief centers that won key face-offs. His lines made his job easy.

Nashville blue line defense is still the best. PEKKA Rinne has been outstanding. Him and karlsson are conn smythe contenders, no one else.

Anaheim won game 5 against the Oilers. That was the controversial miracle comeback win in 2OT. The Oilers had the blowout win in game 6 to send it back to Anaheim.

As a preds fan for 12 years (I'm fifteen) I get kinda pissed off when I see bandwagons ESPECIALLY when they try to say stuff when they have no business giving their bs opinion…..However….If someone is a bandwagon and DOESN'T say something about the refs, then im even more pissed refs need to blow a damn whistle! (and to say that the nhl is pro any team besides the blackhawks and the pens is bs let alone for the preds. we never get credit from them but if patrick kane or Jonathan toews blinks he gets another highlight reel._
Yes I do think they will go on Monday night. I dunno why, I just think the momentum has now swung too far in Nashville's favor. If we see the same team show up on Monday night that showed up tonight then I think Nashville clinches it's first trip to the Stanley Cup Finals.
One question I did have. Historically The trophies (whether it be a conference trophy or the Stanley cup) is first given off/awarded to the captain of the team. Assuming Nashville wins and Fisher is still out…who accepts the award? Would it be Josi?

I think this is exactly why we went out and got McLeod, we knew we might face a team like the ducks, a physical and honestly a cheap team, I felt like Laviolette had a plan to match that, physicality and dirtiness. I'm really proud of our guys for fighting in this series be hope we can take game six at home.

The Ducks need to take a couple goaltender interference calls if they want to win this series. The predators always hit goalies I can't find many videos about that. Their both dirty teams the ducks just need to be dirtier on Rinne if they want to have a chance.
