Having your guys succeed beyond the space you have in your org is a great situation. It proves what you’re doing and who you’re bringing in is working, you’re obviously getting great value while they are here, and it also draws in more aspiring talent that see the success others are having.
Congrats to Colliton – excited to see what Manny can bring.
Good for him. He did great in Abbotsford. I think with some more experience in the NHL he’s gonna get another shot at a head coaching position sooner or later
