It's over…..so long Oilers…..magical run…..but the Cats possess all of the characteristics of a Cup winning team.
Any Oilers Fan can tell you that since Mumford was brought in the entire Team has lost its fire and the wind from their Sails…zero Swagger…zero Confidence….just a silly party-line of searching for your own Inner Excellence while you Professionally play a Team Sport….lol lol lol…great idea that one…. Mumford encouraged internalizing problems instead of solving them using NHL specific pressure outlets that are tried and true. The Oilers Mumford experience coincided with 250,000 repeats in Media Interviews of the word MATURE and this Tactical manipulation was designed to throw smoke at their lack of Maturity…they needed another year to mature and to shortcut that they tried to sell seashells by the seashore… now look what happened when they met a LEGITIMATELY MATURE TEAM that plays REAL NHL DEFENSE and that does not throw smoke but instead throws clean and mean hits. The Oilers cannot get Powerplays because the Panthers incorporate clean and mean and well timed hitting into their SYSTEM..while the Oilers incorporate Gap Management and Stick Checks so when they try to hit they are left out of position and undermanned. The older Seasoned Fans knew 2 years ago when Holland missed hooking a legit #1 Goalie that this day would come for the Oilers…you cannot win a Stanley Cup without a legitimate #1 Goalie with Playoff experience. This is the year when the Oilers learn what Mature really means from the Panthers who payed their dues the last 3-4 years. Edmontons time is almost here.Just not quite yet.
Guys…. It’s a 2 hour time change. It’s not like they’re going to Norway. Jeez
In the winning last game vs Dallas why not go with that setup? The players are getting dizzy all the line changes.
FROM A LEAFS FAN, GO OILERS!!! A TEAM OF CANADIAN PLAYERS WITH THE GREATEST PLAYER ON EARTH WHO IS FROM MY NECK OF THE WOODS. GO CONNOR!
Personally I think the oilers should get more physical. Play the game the Cats are playing.
I am a panthers fan and I enjoy watching every team try to beat the panthers with what they're best at.
West teams have more travel, but the timezone change is less painful because when they go east, their games are at times when they are already awake and active. On the other hand, when east teams go west, they have to play at times when they would normally be ready for bed.
