Shouldn’t matter if Barkov comes back to play or not. It’s the principle not the optics
Suspend him. He hasn’t produced anyways.
When in doubt (cheat)😂
"It was retaliation…" argument is BS!
Unprovoked is even WORSE not to mention Edmonton trying to end careers raking out knees & acl's also.
Leon should be suspended , simple as that
This wasn't intent to injure, it's to large guys colliding and Draisaitl's forearm just happened to be the closest appendage to push into Barkov's face with, it's almost circumstantial. We're not talking Petrangelio using his stick, skating from 30 feet away raising his stick in the air with intent to assault Draisaitl and smashing Drai's wrist, that should have been a gone for the playoffs suspension. The DoPS are 🤡s for soooooooo long now. It needs an overhaul.
Definitely suspend him! He jumped, left his feet, and threw his elbow into Baekov.s chin!
Draisaitl left his feet, plus the elbow to the face should automatically reward him with a two game suspension…
Keep him in. The rest of the series will be quite entertaining.
Please. It's the playoffs
