  1. i know right!, one of the shittiest teams in the NHL….lol…ha, he should have signed with the Avalanche again is what he should have done!

  2. Being a Blues fan, I'm psyched that Kariya signed with us. Although it kinda only seems that he came here to play with his little brother, whom they signed as well.

  3. Yeah that's why after Murray was coach we were killing Buffalo, New Jersey, Vancouver, Detroit, and all the other teams that made the playoffs! Canucks couldn't even keep Pavel Bure.

  4. This fuckin' horrible team was the one that went to the playoffs 27 straight seasons and has had one terrible season and one below average season and now we're a terrible team? Sounds like someone doesn't know their hockey, hmmmm? Watch as the Blues wipe the ice with the Preds all year bitch.

  5. How the fuck can you all say St. Louis is a shitty team? They had one terrible year and one pretty bad year, but the second half last year they were one of the best teams in the league. What professional sports teams has more consecutive years of playoffs? None in the history of sports. The Blues fans will be pleased as they tear it up and the Preds crash and burn.

  6. Don't forget the "Kid" line, Backes, Stempniak and McClement. I think that'll be a superb scoring line by the end of the year.

  7. Check out the story in the post dispatch web site, he said he wanted to come here because the team wanted him here. It will make you pumped to have him.

  8. I still think the blues need a veteran scoring defenseman. Congrats to Al making the Hall

  9. Just another good move by Murray and management…and maybe Scott-Trade center.. I'm laughing my butt off thinking how all the unenligtened can't accept that the Blues are Back!! I'm with Jason5112.&Bluesfan6768 they knows their stuff.

  10. I was really confused when I heard that Kariya had signed with the Blues. Then I saw they are giving him $6M/yr and it all made sense. He's getting older and he knows he's better off going for money than championships.

  11. what the hell is that ?? is so a big error paul karya is not a shit but the blues yes

o my god karya take drugs before sign this

  12. the blues are the best team. Kariya wouldnt fit with any other!! Plus Erik Johnson is great. The blues had the best draft!

  13. Eventhough the Oilers collapsed HARDCORE last year. Atleast we got a lot better at the end of the year.

  14. People on here bashing the blues have no idea what the blues are doing. They are going to make the playoffs next year they got a lot of good young guys like johnson too. Im not even a bias blues fan just a hockey fan.

  15. anybody who says the blues are the worst team in the nhl doesnt know wat the fuck they're talking about we would have made the playoffs if we didnt get off to such a horrible start and OiLeRs17RuLe how are the blues the worst? didnt the oilers lose like 15 games in a row last year and the blues had a better record than the oilers

  16. Anyone who thinks the Blues will suck this year really needs to look at the facts.

  17. I, as a Blues fan, would like to compliment you on the classy way you expressed your disappoinment in Kariya not signing with your team. Kudos.

  18. 27 STRAIGHT SEASONS OF MAKING THE PLAYOFFS!!. More than any pro sports team ever. One and a half bad seasons followed by half of a great season and now they are one teams in the NHL. If you don't know about hockey then don't comment.

  19. can anyone believe this Karia in the begining of the season says that he'll sign with the Ducks after his contract is over and look he signs with the HORRIBLE Blues

  20. why didnt he go back to the ducks he's gonna be another ray bourque play for 20 years than finalll go to a team and win a cup the dam blues come on

  21. 1st of all – look at what Murray did to turn the Blues around last year. My money is that he'll be able to build more on that this year. Yea, they've got a lot of young guys, but Andy's got a way of makin' teams play well together.

2nd – goaltending coach Rick Wamsley turned Legace into a hell of a goalie last season. I think he's still one of the most underrated goalies in the game.

    Go Blues!
