  1. Huge Panthers fan from Detroit, the Edmonton Oilers are being consumed. The buzz saw is taking its toll. One more win, baby let’s go!

  2. The Florida Panthers are built for the playoffs and not the regular season. The Oilers are built for the regular season and luck their way through the WCF. The Florida Panthers are the best team in the playoffs and the media needs to get inline with fact that the Florida Panthers are the best team!

  3. I want the sweep…just so all of the Canadian Fans can finnaly come to terms that the Florida Panthers are the better team…or i can hear their ridiculous takes on the Oilers were better even though they got swept

  4. The Panthers are built for the playoffs top to bottom. The Oilers are just not built to play the Panthers and it shows.
I like the Utah HC / Winnipeg Ice jersey.

  5. Let's be honest, the Canucks were running a 23 year old AHL goalie, an injured Pettersson, Hughes & Hronek both banged up, leading goal scorer out altogether for Game 7, and the Oilers still barely squeaked by them (and even then, they needed a gift from the NHL with that 1 game suspension to Soucy). With a healthy Demko Edmonton loses that in 5 or 6.

  6. What do you mean it FEELS like Bob got better through this contract, or "are we prepared to say this"?? It's just objectively and obviously true. Every season he has gotten better. Gonna assume you meant better now than before he was even in Florida.

  7. there's something 'unholy' when the cup finals are played in forida in june where water never freezes .. it defies the laws of nature.

  8. this series is alot closer than some give it credit for..
yeah it's 3-0 deficit. but is that really indicative of how series has played out?
i dont think so.. i'm not taking anything from Florida, they've played really well!!

….but alot of this has been Work of Goalie Bob. he has been tremendous. which i predicted, i said before it started.. Bob can absolutely steal it. he just has that ability.. and here we are lol

  9. i see a Oilers team who are demoralized.. the whole challenge they're up against can effect the game not just physically, but a mental standpoint lol. just knowing their Job is to come in and beat Bobrovsky twice to even have a chance.. haha, that can get to anyone . Bob is definitely in their heads. lol 😂😂

  10. I think one problem Canadian fans & media are still amazingly having is they think a team from Florida or Texas or Los Angeles or any warm weather “non-traditional” market can’t be any good because you can’t play outdoor hockey there on a back yard rink in winter like they do in Canada. They don’t seem to realize that even though the team plays in Florida, the players come from the same places as Edmonton’s players: Canada, the northern US, Sweden, Finland, Russia, etc. 25 years after Dallas won, and subsequent wins by Tampa, LA, Anaheim, Carolina, Las Vegas, and probably the Panthers this year, Canada still is shocked by the fact that a team from a warm weather city can win a game played on ice. They still believe that because Edmonton gets cold in December, and for no better reason than that, the Edmonton team should win vs. a Florida team. I don’t know what’s gonna convince them otherwise.

  11. coilers fans coping hard after their "generational talent" players getting exposed as the frauds that they are 🤣🤣🤣

  12. This podcast must be only for someone who didn't see the game. Why else would someone want to listen to someone else explaining the game they already watched. Or maybe it's for newbies to hockey, who would certainly appreciate it.

  13. Edmonton is not new to getting swept. Colorado/Jets/Knights and now Panthers. This team is a playoff pretender and they have always folded against good teams in the playoffs. But sure, they made the finals so they must be good. Look at their division. The Oilers best players have been invisible against good playoff opponents. Maybe next time, though? Right?

Nope. I saw Vancouver gift wrap their series to this team, easiest road doesn’t mean anything if you can’t beat the top teams in the postseason. Literally even win a game.

They are getting a nice hard look at what the Atlantic Division does in the post season. If they were in the Atlantic they would be a wild card or never win in the first round team.

Thanks Bettman for this idiotic playoff format.

  14. I love how the Canadian media gaslights and says Edmonton is the better team but Florida is playing their game. Yeah, I'm pretty sure that means Florida is better if Edmontons five haven't scored and they haven't won a game.

  15. Luke is right..Canucks suck. They are the most jinxed team with injuries. And like the sabres they will never win a cup..They quit in game 6..pathetic outing. The owners are a joke don't spend money on marquis players..lindh9lm/zadorov there best players in playoffs and wont sign them is proof of there incompetence. Owners dont want to win, dont spend money. Dont say the cap, they could make room. The best forward theyve had in 30 years is marcus naslund..messier didnt count..its a loser franchise for a loser city. Unfortunately canada will never win a stanley cup again. Welcome to the new nhl where american owners buy cups. Once again canucks suck

  16. "Edmonton is the better team," he says…. how? These finals exposed how wrong the media is, as it's night and day. It's looking like the most one-sided, boring finals in decades. Are the Oilers going to be swept for the first time after 24 years? Redwings sweep the Capitals 4-0 during the'98 Stanley cup finals.

  17. Why Bobrovsky has gotten better and back into top form over the years seems to coincide with him hiring a personal physical goalie trainer. He doesn’t suffer from groin injuries as much as before mid season. That might negate a lot of the problems that come with aging. NHL teams are still undervaluing goalies and how much their game differs from skaters.

  18. Talk about Regular season……it means NOTHING. The oilers beat 2 crappy teams and Dallas who had to beat two real teams. The Rats beat 3 real teams.
