This game revealed a few things that should put a shiver up the spines of the Panthers (and we know it did):
1) The Oilers can undeniably win a game…..and big. Any given day, anything can happen.
2) The Oilers can score enough goals on the Panthers to sit our their top goaltender.
3) The Oilers can score enough goals to embarrass the Panthers' backup goaltender.
This undoubtedly will mess with the Panthers psyche a little. It may not be enough to win the Final, but it may be enough to capture one more W in Florida. This wasn't just avoiding elimination. This was an upper-cut to the Panthers that knocked them to the mat.
