I love this! Nice to have some goal tending. Can't wait for next season to watch the Bruins tear it up, though I have to start following the Kraken too, since I live in North Idaho.
Bruins fans are going to love Forbort. A big tough gritty defenseman who blocks a million shots per year. He also isn't afraid to drop the gloves which is always popular in Boston!
The only problem that I see with the Boston Bruins roster is.. size at center. Bergeron/Kreci are well into their 30's… and they are smaller centers/forwards.. and were swallowed up in the last few games against the Islanders in the playoffs.

Agree with much of what you say. But, how does this team get by Florida and Tampa Bay? Bruins' forwards were stuffed by big Islanders defensemen in the playoffs. Now another year older for Bergeron, Marchand, Krejci. Bergy and Marchie wear down from being on the power play and penalty kill.
Lets be real – No Tuukka, No Krejci and this team got older and worse. They will be somewhere around 4 or 5 seed and get knocked out first or second round. What a waste of Bergeron, and Marchy on the back end of their careers.
We just lost Krejci though and Hall was great with Krejci. Now they need to find a 2nd line center which is going to be an issue.

I definitely don't see huge Improvements… The 1st line can't do it all and we dont have a second line center ….the new deman forbort is a big and strong player but not close to a #1 or 2 deman.. the 2 guys knights and preds had a few good years in past but they seem to be fill ins i hope for trade bait since we are getting down to ufa…nick Foligno is a 3rd line left wing if he elavates maybe center ….2nd line i think maybe …. Every time I saw a bruin trade or pick up one better would go A-day or 2 later oh it made me crazy… Why didn't we go after some of those guys oh ya I hear we're in the eichel talks He's from this area he actually eats at my Uncle sal's restaurant I don't know why I told you that but he would love to play here I'd give up 2 picks 1st rounders and I'll tell you why our core guys are getting old it's now or never Our scouts are the best they had to be … when you're dealing with the Jeremy Jacobs family ( Is only non Boston pro team owners) While Pittsburgh and Edmonton are and were spending tons of money the bruins always went after the players at the end of there careers… So we developed a good scouting department which always moved mountains those years in the late eighties and early nineties we should have had a few cups but we were always short of what we needed to win back in the eighties and nineties with that family Is concessions and filling the stands were all they cared about.. that's why I think our scouting department became so strong to compensate… Since then we've always had strong scouts I think 2 1st round picks for a eichel right now I'm sure they'd want 1 or 2 other things would be worth it to me if you're gonna start from the bottom start from the very bottom lol

I know I'm late as F but Ullmark is good. He stole games for Buffalo last year. Boston looks good but Buffalo is worse than ever. Starting goalie is Craig Andersson 40 yrs old. I already miss Ullmark.
Bottom pair? We needed a top pair. And Foligno needs to play third line RW, the fourth line LW is already overstocked.
Losing Nick Richie totally sucked.. that's a passionate guy with a lot of grit.. went to the leafs for dirt cheap.

Losing Krejci is a massive problem, if Coyle can step up into that second line center role we should be fine. Losing Krejci hurts like a sonofabitch though
I like the moves the Bruins made, but still need help at D, they need 2 more top 4 guys, to me Forbort and Reilly are 3rd pair guys, they need a guy like Carson Soucy for 2nd pair and someone like a Jacob Chychrun for top pair. Also need a legit top 6 Center, with DK now in Europe and Bergeron getting up there, the B's need someone like Hertl or Eichel. They need to move out salary to bring in any of these guys or similar level players.

I've been a bruins fan and a season ticket holder since the 1970s I don't know if that's what they called it back then.. I was 6 years old but I went to the games.. We have the worst owners in the history of professional sports… From the eighties to the nineties we always had a very good core of players We were always 1 or 2 players away from a conference win or a cup…ButJeremy Jacobs always stated he would not pay these players the money they wanted… As long as the concessions were strong and we placed respectively then we're good…… All the teams in the league praised us for making a stand but all the while they were signing players out the back door lol… Teams like Pittsburgh Edmonton and New York Rangers were making deals to solidify their roster for the run to the cup.. And we always fell short and knowing something could have been done about it was so frustrating I was incorrect where the 2nd worst owners the Buffalo Buffalo have us beat….. How ironic Jeremy Jacobs is also a Buffalo guy…. Once in a while we would sign a big name player at the very end of there career and hope they would be rejuvenated It hardly ever happened… When I saw Jeremy Jacobs get inducted into hall of fame I wanted to throw up… The only difference is the bargaining agreement makes it a little more transparent what you wheel and deal…But I cant believe over 100 free agents were moving about with good players young players and thats all we picked up inexspensive mostly filler players some toward the end of there career.. I know neely and Sweeney have to produce or they won't have a job so I know they're trying to push as much as they can…. I remember them saying we're either going to rebuild or we're going to go after it one or two more times with this core… Well when you go after it you get rid of 1st round picks you grab players on the rental you spend. and you make a push for it ….If you rebuild you get rid of your older players you build youth and you start from scratch by grabbing draft pics… I haven't seen any of that.. The 2 players you mentioned in the beginning were already with us… The gold tender I'm going to say is a wash we've got a good gold tender either way… You know you wonder why people don't like Rask and I'm not knocking his ability but if this was Brady And he knew he had 3 months of recovery he wouldn't have waited till October for the surgery he would have had it in June after the playoffs Then he would have been back by September now we have to wait until January and even then I Say spend the money on something else oops did I say spend That's never gonna happen but see those are things Rask does to piss off people…Im cool with the Swedish goalie Ullmark 90% Saves while on the sabres Hell be fine….. Those players we picked up are just fillers worse we are actually not as good since we lost our 2nd line center krecji… I like your Passion I used to have it
