question is whether this is to move up to 7 (i hope) or just a move of someone like Atkinson. guess time will tell
The Sens have a lot of players I’d be interested in like Stutzle, Grieg, Chabot, Sanderson, Tkachuk, Pinto etc. I could realistically see Grieg or Pinto out of that group being moved. We’ll see.
If this is to move up, I’d be very excited.
Only questions are who they are moving up for + how certain that player will be around.
Hopefully this doesn’t end up being a Chychrun trade.
I’m gonna toss out my guess and wonder if this is some sort of Laughton for Chychrun sort of swap. Guess we will see soon enough though…

It’s gonna be Pinto 100%. They can’t afford to resign him without moving out another player or two and his reported ask is much higher then what they’re willing to give him. And Flyers have been rumored to be in on him since last offseason. Although if it turns out to be Brady I’ll shit my britches and do a cart wheel.
I’m hoping that this would be them obtaining a second top 12 pick, not sure if the talent difference is all that big from 7 to 12. Or maybe they have an indicator that a guy they REALLY want is not there at 12, but possibly is at 7. We just need talent so I really hope they don’t move up but stay put at 12 while also getting pick 7.
