they got nhl ready players for free, no team ever get that u draft 10 players hopping that 1 or 2 will make it , that gm had the luck to get only nhl ready players while all the other team have to work hard to try and get nhl calliber or nhl ready players he doesnt deserv it and therefore i was glad 2 see the knights lose in the stanley cup finale cuz i knew once they were eliminated they'd be back to reality the very next year as they are and now for all the players they've stole im gonna enjoy rooting againts them for the next 5 to 10 years

I first met George when he played hockey (mid 70's) with the Guelph Holoday Platers in Guelph, Ontario. He and Phil MacKenzie were good friends who played hockey together. Our church pickup hockey team would play after the Platers played on Friday nights.
