   Have we extended anyone more than a year before their contract ends? Seems like it’s normal for us to not have extended yet

   I doubt we move either of them unless we absolutely shit the bed next year. Thompsons inconsistent but wickedly cost effective.

   I believe one of them will stay but the other will be shipped out. I wouldn’t be against shipping out hill if we can replace him and that helps sign marchessault or let’s us make some crazy marner trade.

   Hill is good but i don’t see how he thinks he should get more on his next contract especially when he’s been out due to a ton of injuries this year.

   Of course if some team is willing to overpay for him then you do it, GMKM.

   I feel the same about this as I did last year when there were all those LT rumors. The current cost of the tandem is just too good of value to trade for cap space. I don’t think they’d be comfortable with Patera backing up, and the goalie market is so thin.
