Highly doubt they’d throw that kind of money at a FA, otherwise they’d just keep one of Pesce or Skjei.
A lot of this hinges on if they think Morrow is ready. If the answer is yes, a top 4 of Slavin/Burns/Orlov/Chatty is plenty good. Bring in a cheap veteran to pair with Morrow and you can spend most of your cap space on scoring instead.

Tanev and Montour probably not
Zadorav and his buddy Lindholm can leave VAN and come on down together though

Anyone saying Tanev wouldn’t be a good signing is insane, and it’s probably up the FO’s alley if he actually would accept a 2 year contract. Gives us an extra year with him when Burns and maybe Orlov are out after next season. And Montour would be a great replacement for Skiej if we can’t keep him.
Zadorav is a paper tiger IMO, he has a fun personality but he’s for sure going to be overpaid on his next contract.
