The more I see Conny settle into his role, the more convinced I am that he is the right man for the job, and will be for a long time to come. Even as a player, he was always forthcoming with media, says a lot without ever actually saying too much. He’s really established himself this first year. Has his work cut out for him at the draft, but I’m confident that he has enough picks in the first four rounds here to at least hit on a few of them. Better not think he can wait until the Dallas pick to take Justin Poirier tho lol

Conroy is a pretty straight forward guy. But credit where credit is due – Boomer and Pinder are very good interviewers. Sure things might get a little loopy on Barn Burner with Retro thrown into the mix. But these two lads really know what they are doing. It doesn't feel like an interview, just 3 people chatting hockey.
Great interview. No doubt we'll develop some gems in the long run, but whether they can sign and secure key players through their prime is still unsure. Craig is awesome, but we've really struggled on this part even when he was AGM and now as GM. When Zary, Pelletier, Sharangovich and Coronato realize their potential, hopefully they won't become the next round of exodus for greener pastures (Tkachuk, Bennett, Hanafin, Fox, Johnny to a certain degree).
Please conroy you know bring him home.

Other fan bases might laugh at us for selling off and saying oh does anyone wanna stay in Calgary but I see what conroy is building by the time we get our new building we’ll be something special
