   I’m a CBJ guy in Pittsburgh(I know I know)…Mears is really good. Love Bob but he’s more suited for radio.

   Please not Bob… not because I don’t like him, his style is just better suited for radio. Listening to Bob on the call on the radio is amazing, it feels like I can actually SEE the play the way he talks (if you ignore the constant one-liners). I don’t need that when I can actually see the play.

   Why do people keep assuming Bob would call the game on TV like he calls it on radio? He doesn’t have to, we can see the game.

    Mears is great! I think Bob is also. I’d still pull out all the stops to get Buccigross!!! Even if it was for just home games maybe or a 1/3 of the season!
