I can’t believe I’m actually typing « did you even watch the games » as an analytics person but my god you clearly didn’t
He was electric every period those games in that next level McDavid mode where he moves like a manic water bug, his effort level was 110% and never waned, every shift an intense passion to create and thrive. Mind boggling stuff. His underlying numbers both games on point.
Not to mention with Draisaitl playing clearly compromised his supporting cast becomes pretty humble
