If they can find a bigger winger complete the trio with Pettersson, that could work. Arvidsson is a play driver, hard worker and a finisher, but he’s smaller. They might need a bigger guy as well for that line and then they can move Hoglander to the 3rd line with Blueger and Garland. That might make some sense. It all depends on whether Lekkerimaki is suddenly ready. Then he’d slot in with Pettersson. I don’t know. Maybe Arvidsson plays gritty enough that it won’t matter. This is the new NHL.

I would take a serious run at Tarasenko at a lower cap hit than Guentzel and less term, while a guy like Lekkerimaki percolatres.
Arvidsson is Hoglander matured and arguably not as good as Hoglander may be.
