Il suffit de réunir quelques milliards de dollars, de faire approuver par les habitants de l’Arizona la construction d’un nouveau stade et de faire approuver par Gary Bettman. Facile, non ?

    If Ishbia is one of the two petitioning for a franchise then he already has the arena, and the city would be a very willing partner. No need to build anything.

    Sam Fox – the guy is a genius- sold the Fox Restaurant Group a few yrs ago for &260M & built the Grand Ambassador Hotel with Fitzgerald, Booker & Dierks Bentley as investors. He is savvy as hell & an Arizona guy.

  5. The best thing that could happen is getting Doan and other valley stars involved even just for a PR push to a new team.

    Doan, Fitz, Watt, etc. even if they aren’t monetarily involved, their support and star power can find investors, sway politicians, etc.

    Here’s perhaps a ridiculous question, but as absurd as it may be, what’s the chances that a new ownership group gets a team, plays nice with Glendale and they get to use Desert Diamond as a temporary hold over until the new arena is done being built?
