I dont dislike dubois and think hes ok player, but hes not on that elite level as laine. Laine could potentially be known as one of the greatest goal scorers of all time (if he gets to play 15 years with good center obv like ovie etc…), dubois is decent second line center and i feel like currently, columbus wouldnt do 1:1 with laine for pld anymore, so columbus won the trade by far imo.
