As a guy who’s in college for Sport Management and wants to work at PNC Arena, that housing plan sounds like a dream come true but I will miss the old era of PNC for sure.

These districts are typically fantastic for a one-stop fan experience. PNC has been lacking, something that is doubly true given the location of the arena.
