I am very happy with this pick. He is one of the better D men in the draft. I am usually annoyed come draft day but not this year.
We need to draft defence-man and goaltenders. If we get strong in this area then we can be good because we have always issues on this area
Why draft a player to maybe play in your bottom pair? Maybe top 4 if you're lucky. Dime a dozen players that can be had in FA and can be acquired for a 3rd round pick at the deadline.
What a stupid pick, Solberg was right there and we decide to trade down and take a 3rd round "character" guy. Nuts to that Treliving has ruined every franchise he's had the reins of. This will be no different
Guy has insane transition stats so him not putting up a ton of numbers means nothing to me. Could be a little thing king. Brett Pesce is everything goes right.

Whats good for the leafs is getting rid of Treiliving before he destroys the leafs like he destroyed Calgary.

You dont build from the draft when Mathews in his prime. You improve your current roster by any means neccesary. None of these picks will make a differance for atleast 4 years and thats if they hit.
I watched the Oshawa Gens all year this year went to a couple games in real life cool we drafted him
They drafted excatly what they needed and hopefully get a good player at 58
The Leafs had a chance to draft Liam Greentree at 23rd. I think they are going to regret this
