It's unbelievable that he wasn't picked earlier. He was the one player I had my eye on the most and I'm super happy the flames were able to acquire him. Especially on a team that was known for having a very big offensive defense, he's by far the best offensive defenseman in the draft. Yeah it sucks we didn't immediately get Tij, but I guarantee Conny is cooking up some sort of a trade. Either way, surreal that Parekh is a flame, our future is extremely bright.
