Bieska is known for his all in over the top K.O punches when pushed to fight.
If you challenged him, he never backed down from anyone that I can remember. His teammates knew he had their backs. He didn’t win every scrap, but he always showed up. A fearless opponent and on more than one occasion handed out a beating if you ran his goalie. As a Hawk fan I wish we had a defenseman like that, who could ride shotgun for Bedard who got ran often his rookie year.
Foligno is the only Hawk who had his back.
