  1. I think demidov was exactly what we need I’m so happy with this pick ThAnK YOU 🙏 hockey gods! And I think have was a great pick too

  2. Johnny you missed the biggest headline in Norway and for Norwegian hockey:

Brandsegg-Nygård being the first Norwegian ever drafted in the first round of the NHL draft by the Red Wings, and Stian Solberg being drafted 23rd OV by the Ducks.

This is super hype for the Norwegian hockey scene, as the old guns of Zuccarello, Thoresen, the Olimb brothers all age, a new era of Norwegian hockey is born.

Also there were no Swedes drafted in the first round this year.

Pretty wild draft for Scandinavian countries.

  3. Habs get the Demigod…very nice.
Learning about Hage after Montreal picked him at 21, was very heart warming and inspirational. I believe he will be a very important part of Habs future success…and I wish him great success.

  4. It’s up to u but u should do a vid on Micheal hage cause he got drafted by his favourite team growing up and dedicated last season to his dad who passed away in a swimming pool accident

  5. Don't let Demidov go back to Russia … have him play in Jr or in Sweden… Don't let Putin draft him

  6. The Bruins got some Zdeno Chara revival vibes selecting that giant kid Dean Létourneau , also love what the Hurricanes pulled off with those later picks Badinka, Artamonov & Poirier that ain't bad at all

  7. i dont see how tij would ever live up to the hype if he went to calgary. i think it is for the best he went elsewhere.

not first round but the avs picking the khl rookie of the year and playoff mvp goalie when they got him seems like an absolute steal to me.

how did no one draft him before now? he has had solid numbers for years.

  8. Hawks almost traded up to 4, Columbus declined once lindstrom didn’t go to the ducks, if the ducks took Lindstrom, the hawks were gonna get levshunov and demidov 😮

  9. If you didn’t remember that Hertl got traded to Vegas. Couture and Vlasic are the two old guys still with the team

  10. "What are your thoughts?"

Me, an Oilers fan expecting to have to wait until pick #64: I dunno, I never thought we'd make it this far 🤷‍♀️

  11. I love the stories that came from this draft, but i don''t see this really being an amazing draft as most people think

  12. Cole Eiserman selected 20th by the islanders. He is the all time scorer for the USA Development Team with 127 goals and he is committed to BU for the 24-25 season and he also is only 17 and turning 18 in August.

  13. Nobody's going to mention Aatos Koivu, #70 by Canadiens? His dad Saku was with Canadiens 14 season, and captained ten of them.

  14. Interesting what Edmonton did. They obviously were very keen on that kid. So much so that they're confident a likely higher pick in the future won't be as good

  15. Buium the steal of the draft? Nah. He’s a great college player but I think he’s the least defensively sound out of the draft
