    We need an AGM to handle the majority of contracts. Ek and Boldy were great, but aside from that they all feel a bit heavy

    I don’t think he negotiates at all. He targets players that display qualities he likes and makes the deal. He tends to like qualities that are typically associated with identity guys who you need as a supporting cast to win, but can’t be remotely a bulk of you contract costs or term. Especially when movement clauses are handed out like candy.

    Ehhh, I don’t know that I necessarily put the negotiating piece on Guerin specifically. I’m guessing that happens below him. But ultimately, he is the one signing off on these deals and sending them to CL. To your point, I’d like to know who is their chief negotiator right now. Whoever they are, they’ve gotten dunked on the last year and change.
