1. Great time to be a B's fan…. Solid D core now, legit top 6 and super strong bottom 6, If Korpisalo can regain even a portion of his former self and provide a solid 30 games as Swayman's back up we are set for a solid cup run. Go B's…. Great content as always.

  2. Zadorov and Lindholm made me actually start tweaking. WE OFFERED ZADOROV THE XACT SAME AMOUNT AND HE GOES TO THE TEAM THAT BEAT US IN 2011!!!!!

  3. Devils patched the hell out of their defense today and added a lot of physicality. Interested to see how that pays off this next season

  4. nah im pretty chill w zadorov leaving lol i think having a one monster playoff run with the boys is such a perfect short legacy to leave

  5. As an oiler fan, I am ecstatic, losing Vinny and Warren does hurt, but with what Jeff Jackson has pulled off, I honestly can’t believe it, like do we finally have some competent people running this team? Aside from Josh Brown, I’ve loved every deal, I finally feel in the time I’ve been a fan of this team (about 2010, so not super long compared to some), we have been close, or a couple pieces away, it finally feels like I can look at this team and say ya, we can win coming into a season

  6. Calgary could’ve completed the retool by signings and trades today and been instantly competitive rather than go down the slow, unproven path via the draft (Buffalo, Ottawa etc lol)

  7. The Hawks signing 7 guys and suddenly becoming relevant was my favorite. Can’t believe we have Turbo back

  8. As a Panther fan I was really hoping to keep Lomberg. Great energy and locker room guy.

  9. Stamkos and Marchessault to Nashville is absolutely nuts! That's a huge arsenal of Cup winning leadership and skill in one swoop.

And so many people have talked about Lindholm being over-rated as of late that now I think he's under-rated. Alot of that came from Canucks fans underwhelmed by his slow start there, but he produced very well in the playoffs and was getting back on his game as one of the best two-way players in the league. So we lost Zadorov and Lindholm and I think our only truly satisfying signing was Debrusk. (That giant Dez from Edmonton doesn't really replace Zadorov. Though he's big, he's a slow skater and there's a reason why Knoblauch kept him off the ice for much of the Finals. )

And Skinner oughta shine in Edmonton. Look forward to his progression there.

  10. Boston overpaid as fuck but Im sad to see zadorov go but you dont pay bottom pairing dman over 4mil

  11. Oilers are the team that actually got the best from free agency outside of Nashville. Now Edmonton has a deadly top line with McDavid nuge Hyman and now they have wingers for drai with skinner drai arvidson line. They reunited the their 3rd line that was demolishing the panthers in Janmark Henrique and brown and as long as Holloway and broberg get resigned I think the oilers will have far and away the best roster in the nhl on paper. Their 4th line could be Holloway McLeod and Kane lmao.

  12. As a Canucks fan, I don't mind the Canucks not re-signing Lindholm or Zadorov. Those contracts would have been too much for Vancouver. Hard to lose Zadorov, but wise move to not just hand cash and term to those two.

  13. I like the "prove it" contract Jack Campbell signed. I hope he has a nice rebound season.

A little surprised that Zadorov's contract wasn't bigger. I feel like the Canucks could have reached that 5 Mil AAV mark. Their offer couldn't have been that far off. Lindholm, on the other hand is now well overpriced in my books.

  14. The Bruins deals will make the team better… this year. The terms were too long and there's almost zero chance those players will play the full contract with the Bruins and will either be bought out, buried on LTIR, or dumped on another team.
