I think Debrusk is a great signing. He should play well with Petty or Miller.
I see a lot of good in what they did. The depth is amazing, four useful lines that can score.. I feel like they aren't done or maybe the teams just doesnt feel complete. I think we are still short one good goal scoring right wing and a lower level puck moving defensemen.
Nashville improved massively. So did Edmonton but they need to make some trades to get under the cap. Likely Evandee Kane.
Sounds like debrusk feels like he can do more offensively this year with not having to be the shutdown guy every night.

2)Joshua/Miller/Garland
3)Heinen/Suter/Hoglander
4)Sherwood/Blueger/Podkolzin
IMO this would be the best utilization of team assets. Everyone is so set on Miller/Boeser duo but Petey Needs the Goal scorer on his wing. The Joshua/Garland duo works and they are capable of playing a shutdown role as seen with Lindholm… Miller is an upgrade to the duo and will turn it into a true 2nd line that can match up against the other teams best and come out on top most of the time. Hoglander's production was in the bottom 6 when he played with Petey he struggled against the stronger matchups. on the 3rd line he would have the opportunity to thrive especially with Suter and Heinen, both positive hard battling play drivers. and the 4th line becomes the energy hitting line. IMO the players slot into their appropriate roles in this scenario. Anyway you shake it the team is in a better position today under this management team and they have a plan to build a winner… I'm all in!!! Lets GO!!!
