BANG! Dang that’s a huge signing. Really did not expect us to go 6 years with him so soon. While the first year or two that may be pricey, that could easily be a steal on the backend. He really stepped up and made some huge plays these playoff run despite being by far the youngest player on the roster.

Am I the only one thinking that if you can get Bennett on a 6-7 AAV contract you still do it? Having Barkov, Lundell and Bennett for around 22 AAV a year is a good deal and spine of your team is set with a rising cap for years to come.
