Penguins were sold to the Fenway Group which owns the Boston Red Sox, Liverpool FC and, I believe an Indy Car race team. LeBron James has some financial stake in the Fenway Group. That does not make him the "Part owner" of the Pens. He is just one of many investors in a multi-billion dollar company. I own some Tesla stock, that doesn't make me a part owner of the company.
