I liked Fabbri but that late season game in Washington where he duffed like five golden opportunities will always stick with me. We go to the playoffs if he converts one of those.
Curious what the next move(s) are…do we get Ray/Mo extensions next? Husso deal? Trouba still a thing? We have enough cap space now where both the kids can be locked down and another addition or two could happen.
So lines are now something like:
Larkin, Debrincat, Raymond
Compher, Tarasenko, Kane
Copp, Ras, Berggren
Veleno, Fischer, Motte

An ECHL goalie for a cap dump. I’m okay with it. I’d imagine the conditions on the pick are games played or something. Fabbri was easily going to be the odd one out due to contract so it was bound to happen.

Love this and the Senko add, really itching to see these Raymond and Seider (and Veleno and Berggren) contracts and see if we have anything else coming
Now this is a cap dump I can get behind. Fabbri was stuck in limbo with us, his cap hit was way too high for a 3rd/4th line role with injury issues, but he couldn’t consistently produce in a top 6 role. You hope a guy like Berggren can replace his production for a fraction of the cost.
