Carter got traded to the LA Kings. We got Jack Johnson and their First Round Pick in the 2013 NHL Draft.
Feel bad for Howson. The guys seems to try hard, but hasn't a clue how to build a franchise. Sorry Bluejacket fans, the sooner he's gone, the better off your team will be. Every one and their mothers knew Carter wasn't the answer in CLB.
Plot twist Carter is a whiny fuck, and we blow this season, things get better though…

Coming back to this video as we retire 61 for Rick! I just think about that season a lot. Rick was Columbus hockey for a decade and we took too long to give him a #1 Center! That season, Carter was hurt, Wisnewski got suspended before the season and he got hurt as well. We couldn't really get going and had to trade Carter and then a few months later he wins a Stanley cup. Then trade Rick in the off season which really sucked but was necessary for Rick and us to rebuild and give Rick a chance at a Cup! Glad 61 is being retired and to have him in the organization! He means so much to 614 hockey as many Ohio born players watched him growing up like what Roslovic said a few days ago! #61Forever
