I believe it’s Malhotra. I googled Manny’s signature, he puts the 27 inside the loop at the end like that.
That’s Manny Malholtra. Note the « y » at the end of Manny and the two capitalized « M » letters, and the number 27 in the loop.

Was this west coast express era? I have a similar jersey from my early hockey days. had a couple practices with naslund and bertuzzi and they signed mine! wondering if it was a similar situation
