1. I am concerned (worried) that Swayman’s agent is a Scott Boras hardliner. Hoping Boston can mutually find a resolution to these negotiations. I like your projection for a contract? Thanks for the updates.

  2. Would you stfu about this contact . You're being a damn drama queen adds nothing to the situation . Shut up madam.

  3. I love swayman…everything about him, his play, his back story…but he isnt a proven enough goalie to get 8.5 for a lenghty deal. He just doesnt have the proven experience yet. What has he won? 1 playoff round.

  4. I like jeremy, this might sound negative but these are the facts where I see them.
He hasn't proven himself as a starter, he got through the Toronto series without Matthews. He hasn't played a full schedule of all the big boys in their houses.
Until then, he's worth about $5 mil. Which is what Linus got when he was at that point of not quite proving himself.

Jeremy was initially brought up because covid knocked out Rask & halak. He wasn't brought up because he was ready so I don't think it's fair to count his first season. He was instructed to stop pucks and create offensive end face-offs. He did it.

Not only does Jeremy have a very aggressive agent, but a very aggressive Alaska father. That makes a difference. We are not a homogeneous world, we come from different cultures. Alaska is an extremely aggressive place. They don't look for "fair" – they look to take it all!

Also respect Sway for standing up to the NHL – players' salaries need to go up compared to the revenues.

I hope they work it out – still sad to see Linus go, I do think he's the better goalie right now but we need to look to the Future

I'll stand behind my black and gold till I'm dead and cold.
Or I don't feel like watching NHL anymore… I almost don't recognize the sport I've been watching for well over a half century.
    We're getting there. 🙄

  5. No idea why people refer to Tuukka as controversial. He was amazing. He was not the reason we didn't win a cup with him as starter. He's the best goalie in Bruins history.

  6. Let's be fair. Had he- like many others -played for a subpar team with a weaker defense, the stats would be down in many areas, particularly wins. In addition, he got the benefit of working with Ullmark. He got to alternate. In summary, the Bruins as an org deserve some credit.
