   This is perhaps the single best drill a person can do to get better on your edges and skating in general. And its just as good when you do it going forward.

   I can’t make out who the players are here, but you can tell the player close to the near wall is literally a better skater than the guy at center ice. Fluidness in this drill directly translates to hockey skating.
