Compher is 2nd line center as of now. $20M in cap space with Raymond + Seider still left to sign. Probably need to move some money out if they want to make another move. Norris has an $8M cap hit through 29-30. Just don't see how they make that work unless Ottawa retains 25% or so.

Love the idea of Copp Compher Rasmussen 3rd line, they made it hard on other teams last year with that lineup, love the idea of trading for a 2nd line center

Trade Copp and Petry for Trouba and have Nate Danielson as your second line center and Kasper as your third line center
Norris scares me with all of his shoulder surgeries. I think he would fill a big need but it’s a risk idk if I’m willing to take.

Chariot played a lot better last year, cut Holl for sure. Olli Maata may get moved, too. Petry played well with Mo Mo, so he's probably safe for now, lol. Then there's Jonaton Berggren, hes outta waivers. We got a lotta players to ball up for a top Center and it really is too bad Trouba most likely isn't playing in Det, we really do need to get a lot tuffer. Maybe Klingberg will be healthy soon?

Norris, is a risk with still 6 years left on his contract and with his shoulder injuries and surgeries. The Red Wings focus should be their D especially getting at least a 2nd pair RD. I would also like to see if they can pry Shea Theodore away from Vegas.

Detroit always keeps their prospects in the minors for too long, that is a fact. You probably will see Danielson by trade deadline or next season

Compher is fine on the 2nd line for another year while danielson and kasper continue to develop, josh norris would certainly make this team better but after Tarasenko and resigning Seider, Raymond and veleno they are in desperate need of a right handed D man. currently their right handed D are: Seider, Petry and Holl. Obviously Holl will be moved but Petry is a 3rd line D man at this point so the wings need a 2nd pairing D man more than a 2nd line center
I’m a little envious. Was really hoping the wild would sign him and pair him with kaprizov. Instead they sign a 3rd liner for four years at 3.5 AAV.
