Noone wants to take on Nurse's or Karlsson's contract.
If you know anything about Nurse, is that he's not going anywhere. Not only is his NMC solid, but he's great friends with McD and his wife is from Edmonton.
If oilers are looking for a defenseman, then they are looking to improve their defense. Eric Karlsson isn't that player. Nurse is a much better fit for what the oilers need than Karlsson is. And giving up that much for him!! No thank you

Nurse won’t leave Edmonton for Pittsburgh. These are my 2 favourite teams I’ve followed these 2 clubs my whole life. He would have back when he got drafted. But now Crosby is old, mcdavid is in his prime. Worst contract ever done by Ken holland
