  1. Yes, Cole had a few go in off him in the playoffs, but he logged a lot of minutes. Cole is better than what's on our 3rd pairing, now. I hope Forbort can stay healthy.

  2. Hang on guy’s if think there was tampering before the free agency, surely they must have harsh penalties say like they loose a first or second round pick or even harsher penalties

  3. Rob is bang-on about the D group. They really need to add a quality 2nd pair D. I think it will happen but it might take a trade or two. Allvin seems pretty good at plugging holes. Two months ago the UFA picture looked pretty bad & he got that worked out with only Big Z a significant loss. All in all very well handled. He deserves an award for dumping Mikheyev's contract alone. Keeping Joshua was big also. There would have been plenty of bidders for him.

  4. Sounds like this guy is looking to critique the management from outside… it’s easy to criticize. Are you guys in the meetings are you all writing the checks or contracts want to see how you do better .. oh wait ! Get a GM job first .. let’s see how you negotiate with the cap a greedy players

  5. I like the forward group. The d core is depressing. Our number 5 and 6 guys are 7,8 guys on other teams

  6. Haven't been on in a while, stopped after 4 Mins… the negativity from the people you interview, is #1 in the Market, congratulations…

Canucks did okay?..for the price of Lindholm & Zadorov, they got huge added value with who they signed, revamped their D, got bigger, nastier.

They replaced Zadorov, ala "MoneyBall", with the aggregate.

They got 3 forwards, who are bigger, faster to replace Lindholm, financially wise, he has been on a steady decline in offense but still a great playoff performance from him in 2024 & saddling the Bruins with a $50M contract that's not gonna age well, that's a shame..

Plus the Canucks retained Dakota Joshua, no one saw that one coming, Myers at $3M when he could have easily gotten $4M..is all that just "okay" really Rob Williams?

Canucks did great, Silovs not signed is a little concerning & they should do right by him so that some other team doesn't do an offer sheet..

Bigger, faster, excellent additions, just need 45 games from Thatcher in the regular season & him healthy for the playoffs & they have as good a chance as anybody to…

  7. You know tho . Everyone saying they don’t know about this team for this upcoming season . But we all trust the coaching staff . But I think everyone said that last year (including myself) we wouldn’t make the playoffs . And look what we did . So that being said I have A LOT of confidence in this management group and coaching staff . And good god I hope we win the cup soon Omg what a party it would be in BC/Canada

  8. They told Cole after they were eliminated that they weren't offering his a contract. But our d blows at this stage….

  9. Canucks have enough d-men and I'd imagine Juulson thinks so as well. Ideally they'd free up additional cap space and extend Brock. Next year will be tight with OEL's 4mil hit.

  10. He’s right that fans have put a lot of trust in management and the coaching staff to 1) find players, and 2) get the most from them.
