  1. Thank you for uploading this! I was too young to know about any of this back in 1993, and now I can watch how Dallas welcomed the Stars! 🙂

  2. Ah man, been watching the Stars since the Minnie days, and I've only got 1 thought; if Ralph looked like that, what did Razor look like!!! Go Stars, always and for ever, for better, for worse! Watching this for the first time and I'm gonna hazzard a guess that the good citizens of Dallas were not impressed with their City council. I wish Oswald was alive that night in Dallas, could have saved hockey loving fans from all team a great deal of sorrow with the greed he was about to show.Fuck Gary!!!

  3. As a Dallas Stars lover and life long citizen, i do not recall what the citizens aversion to their local government was at the time because when they moved from Minnesota to Dallas I was 12 or 13. I do know that everything about the Stars from their move down to here from the beginning to now I love everything about them. Even in the current state, once the 2011-2012 seaon starts watch out!!!!!!!!!!!!! Especially the new Winnipeg Jets. Oh, and Boston 😉

  4. I have mike modano's jersey signed by him when I met him in person at valley ranch dr pepper star center

  5. Is there any way you can post this complete game? I'd love to watch it if you could. Thanks again!!!!

  6. I was a Dallas Stars fan from the very beginning in 1993 as an 11-year-old. I–and a bunch of other people watching that night–never realized that the Stars were gonna be more popular than the Mavericks of the '90s, who were a HORRIBLE basketball team (yet I was still a fan). Nobody realized that Dallas would go on to win the Cup six years after this… lol

  7. Caps fan here, man i loved Mike Fornes when he was the play by play guy for the Caps along side Al Koken. Great stuff!!!! " a deke, a shot and a GOAL!!!!"
