Thanks for the update Patrick. It's important for folks to remember that while GM is a single person's title it ISN'T a single person's job. The work is spread around and the expertise of each contributor is taken into consideration. You know that before Arvidsson was signed his medical was gone through. Same with Savoie and Philp. The person who looks at draft stock undoubtedly had some input on prospects for trade (and Keith Gretzky of course for prospects going out). It wasn't just Jeff Jackson making trades, the Cap specialist was involved (bean counter who makes sure we're compliant on day 1 of the season). I don't think it's really possible for one person to do it all. While one person may ultimately "make the call" they have to make an informed decision and others mostly gather the information. Take care all.

Amazing that oil fans keep doubling down on the hiring of friends and family.
Jeff Jackson is incredible at his role now so him hiring a GM is better for the organization.
