Love the horn and blow horn it has bit of penguins and a bit capitals
Sounds like the Pens horn, with a lower pitch. Also, i like the song choice. And the Air Raid Siren was a nice touch.

Not enough hype in the music in the beginning, Vegas would want something that pops out but with that song it starts off way to bland than turns into a song they should use

Sounds like a combo of the Blackhawks and Penguins horns.
