  1. There is no way bell should be above doc for the 1st line lw. Doc works. Keep eller and roll with what you have.
    Doc-crosby-rust
    Bunting-malkin-rak
    ?-hayes-?
    Laz-eller-acari
?-are any of pull, pusti, bell, poulin, etc

That should give you plenty of capability to close out leads with a very solid 4th line and you hope the third line can find a bit of offense with young players giving hayes some juice.
You can also move out multiple players at the deadline if we are out.

  2. All of this desire for success remains dependent on one thing. That is the head coach's willingness to open his mind and start trying things that he has up to this point, turned a blind eye towards. Everything should be on the table, particularly with some of the most creative players in the league like Crosby, Karlsson and Letang. The mass of new, younger guys should be given the feeling that they have as legitimate a chance to get regular minutes as anyone not named Crosby. It kind of reminds me of a few scenes from Moneyball where the manager just kept ignoring what the GM had put in place but then lamented the lack of success. If Dubas is really trying to bring sustained success back to the Penguins, Sullivan has to be on board 100% and put aside what I believe is a massive ego similar to Mike Babcock's.
