My bro has been a season tix holder for 17yrs now. In 2015 the Sharks changed the goal song. Well, my bro & MANY others were pissed about it. He was also pissed cause the Sharks missed the playoffs. So he ended up getting in contact with John Tortora(JT) & eventually even had a 45min long meeting with Doug Wilson on his 5yr plan for the Sharks future. Well, my bro & JT hit it off. I met him at a game a few months later. Since then we’ve become great friends with him & his wife. He’s a really great guy. Just went a couple weeks ago & saw him in Columbus when the Sharks played. He started working there this season.
And all because my brother complained.
