This is the steal for the Vancouver Canucks! Silovs get his raise, Canucks still sign him for cheap. I love it!
My concern with Silovs as his play was ok for a third string goaltender in a tough situation . But how much of a book does the rest of the NHL have on him now .
will Silovs still be playing some in AHL?
As a (biased) Latvian I think this is a bit unfair.

Step in the right direction: Silovs can confirm being a good backup with the chance for a better contract extension and Canucks can plan on the important goalie position for the next two years.
