I’m sorry but he’s too talented and on too good of a contract and he’s too effin’ big on those skates. There’s room on my team for Big Val. My sports ethics are shitty ok? And I know we lose in the playoffs if he disappears again but we can’t win a cup without him anyway. He needs to be part of our core if Landy can’t return.
The only way I forgive this mother fucker is if he comes back, apologizes, and we win a cup.

He is battling a drug or alcohol issues. He hasn’t been charged with any sort of domestic violence, assault,or worse charges. I don’t like what happened. but I want him on this team.

We don’t win a cup in 2022 without Val and we likely won’t win another with this core if he’s not available to play come playoff time. Unfortunately he’s just too much of an X factor and too impactful to replace. Here’s to hoping he gets his shit together… and keeps it together for the teams sake and his own health and wellbeing. Am I salty about him ghosting the team in the playoffs 2 years in a row?
